Llega un momento en tu vida en el que estas lleno de indecisiones a causa de tener que tomar una gran decisión.

Piensas y piensas lo que realmente quieres o te mereces pero lo único que encuentras

en un gran mareo provocado por una gran ansiedad de saber si dar el gran salto

en tu vida.

 No sabes si cambiar todo lo que ya has creado y atenerte a la costumbre o simplemente continuar la rutina que tienes porque es mas cómoda y formal.

Sinceramente al único que debes de escuchar en estos casos es a tu corazón y dejar la razón de lado.

Porque él es el que realmente te esta diciendo lo que  quieres hacer, lo que de verdad sientes desde lo mas profundo de tu interior.

En conclusión, en la vida, en ocasiones, hay que decidir entre lo que deber hacer y lo que quieres hacer.

¿De qué se trata exactamente vivir el momento? ¿Será exactamente como muchos gurus de la vieja escuela quieren que creas? ¿O simplemente tienes que aprender a vivir de una mejor manera?

Interpretaciones de ”Vivir el momento” se han dado por montones, y la más común es la de pensar que simplemente tienes que hacer cualquier cosa que te apetezca en el momento que lo piensas.

Vivir el momento trata de tener una gran vida, tener metas bien establecidas, metas que te harán ser una gran persona. Esas metas son las que te guiarán a lo largo de todo el camino hacia tu futuro.

Lo curioso de vivir el momento es que cuando sabes que tu futuro te depara algo maravilloso, un buen porvenir, entonces vives realmente.

No vale decir que “Como tengo una vida mierda, tengo que vivir el momento para evitar pensar en ella, preocuparme demasiado”. No. Lo que tienes que hacer para verdaderamente vivir el momento es, primero, arreglar la mala vida que tienes.

Para vivir el momento tienes que aceptar tu vida tal cual está, aceptar todo lo malo que sucede en tu vida es algo normal, no tienes que evitarlo, no tienes que engañarte a ti mismo.

En parte está bien aceptar nuestra realidad, pero también tenemos que movernos para que nuestras vidas tengan sentido.

No te creas todo lo que te dicen, tienes que tener una opinión propia sobre el mundo que te rodea, tienes que ser consciente de que necesitas mejorar constantemente, cuando no sabes apreciar la maravillosa de vida que tienes, o que puedes disfrutar.

La vida está llena de momentos que debemos disfrutar de la mejor forma posible.

Interpretations of "Live the moment" have come in droves, and the most common is to think you just have to do whatever you feel like at the time I think.

Living in the moment is to have a great life, have well-established goals, goals that you will be a great person. These goals are to guide you along all the way to your future.

The curious thing about living in the moment is that when you know your future holds something wonderful, a good future, then you live really.

No words, that "Since I have a shitty life, I have to live the moment to avoid thinking about it, worrying too much." No. What you have to do to truly live in the moment is to first fix the bad life you have.

To live in the moment you have to accept life as it is, accept everything bad that happens in your life is normal, you have to avoid it, you must not fool yourself.

In part it is okay to accept our reality, but we have to move to make our lives meaningful.

Do not believe everything you're told, you have to have your own opinion about the world around you, you have to be aware that you need to constantly improve, when you can not appreciate the wonderful life you have, or you can enjoy.

Life is full of moments that we enjoy the best possible way.

Creo que la vida no sería vida si supiéramos distinguirla, cuantas veces hemos luchado tanto por una persona pensando que estamos enamorados de ella, que al final cuando la tenemos nos damos cuenta de que solo es un cariño enorme o una atracción.

Esa persona con la que queremos compartir el resto de nuestra vida llega a tu vida una sola vez, que al verla tus ojos brillan más de lo normal,

tu cara sonríe nada mas verla, tu respiración suena tan lenta pero al mismo tiempo te das cuenta que estas frente al amor de tu vida y sin embargo lo dejas ir por prejuicios o tradiciones tontas que no van a estar contigo en los momentos difíciles, en esos instantes que quisieras tener a esa persona especial para que te apoyara, para que con tan sólo una sonrisa arreglara tu mundo.

Nunca confundas querer con amar, porque esa persona a la que amas puede que estes tan ciego, que la estes dejando ir.

No creas en que el destino te llevará a ella, tú haces tu destino y tú estás con la persona que quieres estar, si sientes que amas a alguien díselo, no importa su respuesta, lucha por ella hasta que te sientas totalmente derrotado, nadie dijo que sería fácil, pero nada que lo sea vale la pena.

No confundas atracción fisica con el sentimiento del amor, porque esto estará a tu lado sólo algunos años y los sentimientos están por siempre.

Esa persona que está contigo en las buenas y en las malas, que con tan solo una mirada puede saber si estás mal, que sabes que te quiere tanto que te da miedo de fallarle.

Esa persona aunque pase el tiempo y te hagas viejo y gordo seguirá enamorada de ti, para ella seguirás siendo la persona más bella del mundo...

No pierdas a esa persona que solo llega una vez, que cuando te das cuenta que era el amor de tu vida, puede ser demasiado tarde y desde ese momento tu vida dará un giro tan grande que nunca te podrás reponer.
